I oversaw the design/build of a client’s private greenhouse project: managing contractor, material sourcing, client input and assisting in final build.
DESIGN BRIEF
To design a greenhouse space to house client’s collection of humid-sensitive plants, reflecting the aesthetic of his current home and garden.
INITIAL CONCEPT
Inspired by tesseract mythology. A steel-framed 6' x 6' cube with living wall, sliding curtain walls and small outer patios. Client opted for larger footprint.
